Gregory Bald

My favorite destination in the Smokies is Gregory Bald...hands down! What it offers year round, especially during the month of June, is second to none. The wilderness, the landscapes, and the wildlife are so diverse and mystifying here that it deserves to be separated from all other hikes. I continue to be intrigued by the numerous hybrid azaleas that are unique to this mountain summit. I have dedicated this page specifically for the park's famous western bald. Enjoy!
